Chief Commercial Officer

The Commercial Department sits at the heart of Healthspan’s business performance, overseeing pricing and promotions, product portfolio management, and marketing communications.

The department is made up of five teams:

1. Brand Marketing – Ensures brand continuity across three core propositions (Healthspan - Vitamins & Supplements, Healthspan Elite - Sports Nutrition, and VetVits - Pet Nutrition), raises brand awareness through PR, content, and partnerships, and drives non-digital customer acquisition via print advertising and inserts.

2. Digital Marketing – Manages five websites and drives customer acquisition through digital channels including social media, PPC, SEO, and affiliates.

3. Retention – Oversees all database marketing communications (Direct Mail, Email, and Subscriptions) to increase customer retention.

4. Product Marketing – Manages and evolves the product portfolio across all brands, including launching new products, setting pricing, monitoring competitors, and positioning products effectively.

5. Sales & Marketing – Drives growth in third-party channels, including marketplaces, retail, and professional sports clubs.

Each team has dedicated creative designers, supporting the development of engaging customer communications.
