Brand Marketing shapes how people perceive and connect with our brand. The focus is on building recognition, trust, and long-term loyalty by consistently communicating our brand values, voice, and personality—driving growth and attracting new customers.
The team focuses on four key areas:
Brand Awareness – making sure people know who we are and what we offer, creating memorable communications that build familiarity and recognition over time.
Connection – forging emotional connections through storytelling, helping customers feel something meaningful about our brand, and positioning us as their brand of choice.
Differentiation – ensuring our brand stands out from the competition by highlighting what makes us unique and the benefits this brings to our customers.
Brand Guardianship – maintaining consistency across all brand communications to ensure customers instantly recognise it’s Healthspan.
Supporting these objectives are the channels and teams within Brand Marketing: Brand Management, PR, ATL media channels (awareness and consideration), Agency Management, Content Management, Brand Ambassadors, and Sports Partnerships.
