The Technical Department provides in-house expertise to work closely with our outsourced supply base while supporting other teams with technical and product knowledge.

In practice, we collaborate with the Product Development team on the formulation and development of Healthspan supplements, their packaging, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. We also support the Contact Centre and Web teams by addressing quality complaints and technical product queries, and assist the Procurement team with supplier quality issues and approvals.

On a more strategic level, the team conducts horizon scanning for upcoming regulatory changes that could affect product legality and stays up to date with wider industry developments. This ensures our products remain safe, effective, and designed to give customers the best possible support in maintaining a long and healthy life.
