Healthspan’s retail shop in Church Square has been serving customers since June 2002. Over the years, it has built a strong reputation for providing quality health products and knowledgeable customer service. Many of our customers have been with us since the very beginning, while new customers continue to join us year after year.
The shop team manages a wide range of responsibilities to ensure a smooth and engaging retail experience. This includes helping customers select the products best suited to their needs, managing stock deliveries and rotation, and carrying out regular stock checks. The team also creates training modules and quizzes to support staff development, maintains eye-catching window displays, and collaborates with the Marketing Department on monthly product promotions.
