Our Contact Centre is a dynamic, fast-paced part of the business, handling between 1,000 and 2,500 inbound calls every day. Operating seven days a week, we’re committed to putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.
Our dedicated team manages a wide range of customer interactions, from emails and live chats to outbound calls and mail order processing. We pride ourselves on being hardworking, respectful, and supportive of one another.
We also foster a positive and healthy workplace culture. To support this, we provide fresh fruit and soups throughout the week—along with a few indulgent pastries on Fridays to celebrate our efforts!
