The Project Office supports the business in delivering change by providing a clear framework for managing projects throughout their lifecycle. It ensures visibility of projects, their health, and their performance, while also giving senior management confidence in their proper execution. The team guides and supports individual project managers and the wider PM community, helping take initiatives from conception through to delivery.

The Project Office includes (though not exclusively) the following roles:

1. Business Analysts, who help the organisation understand problems and challenges, identify the right solutions, and support their successful delivery.

2. Project Managers, who oversee every aspect of a project—from stakeholders to budgets—working to achieve objectives within the constraints of time and resources.
