Healthspan’s IT Support team plays a vital role in keeping systems and technologies running seamlessly across our Guernsey and UK locations. No two days are the same, with responsibilities that span technical support, security, and innovation.

Key activities include:

  • Maintaining and optimising IT systems and software to empower colleagues and enhance productivity across the business.
  • Ensuring compliance with PCI DSS standards, safeguarding payment card data, and upholding our commitment to security excellence.
  • Delivering responsive helpdesk support and incident management, including out-of-hours assistance via a dedicated mobile line.
  • Carrying out daily and monthly operational security checks—such as security camera reviews, vulnerability monitoring, and voice recorder audits—to keep our digital environment safe and robust.
  • Supporting physical infrastructure and facilities by collaborating on installations, refurbishments, and health & safety compliance to create the best possible workspace.
  • Implementing AI technologies and solutions to streamline processes, improve system efficiency, and drive innovation across the organisation.
