The Finance, Risk and Governance Team is broadly split into two areas, Finance and Risk & Governance with some natural crossover between them.

Within the Finance team, we play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timely production of financial information that the wider business relies upon for strategic planning. Far more than a back-office support function, the Finance team is integral to Healthspan’s success, contributing to strategic decision-making and playing key roles in exciting projects across the company.

The Risk & Governance team ensures that appropriate focus is given to identifying and managing risks that may impact the business, and that effective controls are in place to mitigate them. This team is central to embedding strong governance throughout Healthspan helping to uphold our culture and values while ensuring we operate responsibly in relation to our environmental impact and our contribution to economic and social governance practices.
